To send or receive items via MCS's departmental FedEx account, please fill out the online form below
this is in addition to scheduling the pick-up with FedEx
For Shipping with Our Account:
Please follow the steps below for package you plan to ship with the department's FedEx account
1) Pack
Pack your shipment in an appropriate shipping receptacle. Include any necessary Dry Ice or Hazard warning labels and fill out the paper form titled "FedEx Express Package US Airbill"
2) Schedule the Pickup
Call 1-800-463-3339 to schedule the pickup from our main office. If you do not call and schedule the pickup, your package will not be picked up. You will need to include the tracking number from your paper, pre-paid shipping label.
3) Tell MCS Fiscal Team about your pickup
Complete the departmental form and select "Shipping" for the first question here: https://forms.office.com/r/A1W6isRK0q
For Receiving a Package with Our Account:
1) Provide the Shipper With Our FedEx Account Number
Once you have approval to use our account, provide the shipper with our FedEx account number. Be sure to get a tracking number for the shipment.
2) Tell MCS Fiscal Team about your shipment
